Our Net Promotor Score means that our customers are highly likely to recommend us to friends, family and other businesses. Our score has increased by three points since Q3 2017, which is great news. Net Promoter Score is measured on a scale of -100 to 100 and for business to business company like ours, average scores are around 20-30.

Our customer have told us that great service is the reason we really stand out. Packaging solutions that are personalised to their businesses are important too, as well as friendly staff and quick delivery.
